Vashi2Panvel.com: Navi Mumbai: March 14:In Executive Committee Meeting held on Sunday the 12th March 2006, new Office Bearers of Voluntary Executives Forum of India were elected. Mr. Y.H. Gharpure and Mr. A.C. Maini continued to be Chairman and President. Mr. R.K. Dargar was elected as Secretary and Mr. S.K. Bhattacharya as Treasurer. Other Executive Committee Members are Mr. D.N. Chapke, Mr. B. Matai and Mr. Umesh Parida. Brig. A. Thyagarajan (Retd.) was co-opted in the committee.

Earlier in AGM held on 4th February 2006, the new Executive Committee was elected. In the coming years, the Executive Committee decided to further enhance the activity of the forum by aggressively addressing the problems of SME sector and offering them practically free consultancy. In order to identify the problems, it was decided to carry out a Survey in this regards. Those interested in availing voluntary services of VEFI are requested to contact Mr. Y.H.
