The hotel has a very comforting ambience. Entering the place, the first thing one notices are three pots filled with water and beautiful multi-colored flowers floating. The manager of Zest one of the restaurants in The Park, Mr Rajib was pleased to show the whole hotel and spend time explaining the services they offer. The Zest is a coffee shop cum restaurant. They serve buffet lunch everyday and are open all day. The lunch consisted of a variety of creatively created gourmet, it had duck-meat to pork-stew and comprised of cuisines from all over the world. The dessert table boasted of numerous puddings, pies and even sugar-free bites. The chef recommended a mocktail out of their wide list of drinks. According to a customer, Mrs Sumita " The lunch was an easy and pleasurable experience all for the price of Rs 650 per person."

After that the manager, ushered us to the Bar and lounge called Dusk and also the poolside restaurant Aqua. The seating arrangement and décor was cozy and the poolside atmosphere was nice. The gift shop, Box was a small interesting place to be in with a number of curios on display. The manager, Rajib Da then showed the waiting lounge called the "snug" and the name suited it perfectly. He also mentioned that another restaurant "Bamboo" would open shortly in about a month or so, and that it would be a Chinese-specialty place. The place looked simple and oriental.

Next he took us to the conference halls, meeting rooms and banquet halls, which were furnished in a simplistic yet elegant manner. The rooms had bamboo flooring and services like broadband internet, Wifi spots LCD televisions. Though the prices were slightly on the higher side starting from eight thousand five hundred per day, the manager said that around 75% of the rooms were occupied and that the response has been tremendous from Navi Mumbai itself.

Though the whole experience was good, the manager said that they had still a lot more in store, one should not miss the Sunday Brunch which consists of a much bigger buffet menu, a personal masseur, a dip in the pool, your own tarot card reader among many more things, for a fee of seven fifty per person!

We visited the Tunga Hotel, situated a two-minute walk from the Vashi station complex. The promotional manager of Tunga regency, Mr.Sameer Nilkandani says that the hotel strictly adheres to the taste and requirements of the business class people.
