![]() Abhimanyu Koli's Report Card He is.. A soft-spoken, 39 years old social worker normally keeping a low tone but high level of confidence. He is a loyal Shivsainik for over 20 years, who is 24 hours alert for the cause of Shivsena Party as well as citizens, specially villagers of his area. What have I done for my wards? "I have arranged to build a Jetty and boat parking places for fishermen and a Community Centre at Diwale village. I have organised to build up a tar road in Sector 19/20" What is pending? " I have submitted proposals to NMMC for following work, for which approvals are awaited: Construction of storm water drain, renovation of public toilets and setting up a Library at Diwale village; Playground for children at Sec-11; Gardens in Sec-19; building RCC walls around main Talab (pond) at Belapur village." What are my plans? "I have planned for shifting of fish market at Belapur village; Commissioning of Railway Ticket counters on the east side of CBD Belapur station; to suggest a Best Bus route through Sector-15; to raise a move against water polluting industries responsible for frequent death of fishes in Diwale creek, due to which our fishermen are suffering great loss every year." Public Opinion DK Sharma from Mangla Towers, Sec 15 CBD said "The narrow bridge in Sector-15 at the starting point of Palm Beach Road is hazardous to traffic, needs widening." Narayan Shetty from Mermaid-II Tower, Sec-11, CBD said," Abhimanyu Koli is helping us, whenever any NMMC related problem comes to us. Our building had so far not received OC (Occupation Certificate) due to some delay on the part of builder. Let us see how Abhimanyu Koli assists us for this issue too." Krishna Mumbaikar from Diwale Village said "Abhimanyu Koli is very helpful to villagers. The best thing is that either he or his sister Bharti Tai are available to us round the clock to attend to any of our problems." Sajjan Prasad Kanojia from Bombay Laundry, Shahabaz said "The nearby public toilet is not regularly cleaned." Deepak Mukadam proprietor of Mukadam Printing said," The walls of Belapur talab have fallen number of times, which are posing a danger to people moving around, something has to be done in this direction." Chavan from Sadhna Society, Sec 14 CBD said "we don’t remember who is our Corporator. So far we have not faced here any major problem, for which we have to run after a Corporator." Umesh Malviya
