Vashi2Panvel.com: Navi Mumbai: February 9: Nerul Gymkhana Sports Festival 2006 declared the results of Inter school Athletics on Saturday 9th February at Nerul Gymkhana Ground.
There were 52 events of Atheletics for boys and girls under 14,16,12 and 10 organised by Nerul Gymkhana Sports Festival.

The winners of the few events are given below:

In 1500 meters Boys under 16

Jagjeet Singh stood first from St. Augustine H.S ( Nerul) Performance 5.38 mtrs. Second: Arun Bhosale from Father Agnel School (Vashi) Performance 5.18. Third: Shetter Sanket SBOA (Nerul) performance 5.17 mtrs.

In 1500 meters Girls under 16
First: Vishaka Rao from Navi Mumbai HS (Vashi) performace 4.05. Second: Shushmita Khan from SBOA (Nerul) 3.89 mtrs. Akansha Singh from Ryan International HS ( Kharghar) performace 3.79 mtrs.

In Discuss Throw (1.00kg) Boys under 16
First: Siraj Saigal from St Lawrence H.S ( Vashi) 30.85 mtrs. Second: Arun Bhosale from Father AgnelH. S ( Vashi) performance 36.85. Third: Parth Raj DAV ( Nerul) 29.85 mtrs.

In Discuss Throw (1.00 kg) Girls Under 16
First: Surabi Deo from Rayan International HS ( Kharghar) performance 15.15 mtrs. Second: Ishita Khanna from Apeejay H.S (Nerul) performance 14.78 mtrs. Third: Shashi Bala Dubey from Ryan International H.S ( Kharghar)

First: Pratichi M from DAV ( Nerul ) 12.3 sec. Second: Domnic Dhanwar Father Agnel H.S ( Vashi) performance 12.5 sec. Third: Akshay Mhatre from St Joseph H. S. ( Panvel) performance 12.7 sec

In 100 meters Girls under 14
First: Teena Andrade from Father Agnel Multipurpose ( Vashi) performance 13.3 sec. Second: Gargale Dwivede from Father Agnel Multipurpose ( Vashi) performance 14.1 sec. Third: Harita T from DAV ( Nerul) performace 14.4 sec.

In 400 meters Boys under 14
First: Nikhil Kadiyal from Father Agnel HS ( Vashi) performace 1:10.2 sec. Second: Sanket Ojha from Apeejay High School ( Nerul) Performance 1:11.1 Sec. Third: Tapesh Tandon from Apeejay H.S ( Nerul) performance 1:12.1 sec.

In 400 meters Girls Under 14
First: Kerena Bbuch from Shriram Vidyalay ( Airoli) performace 1:13.8 sec. Second: Teena Andrade from Father Agnel Multipurpose ( Vashi) Performance 1:16 sec. Third: Gargle Dwivedi from Father Agnel ( Vashi) performance 1:17.5

In 100 meters Boys Under 12
First: Eklaq Mohammed from St Lawrence H.S ( Vashi) performace 13.3 sec. Second: Bhaskar Raja from St Joseph H.S ( Panvel) performance 13.6. Third: Ameya Kandela from Father Agnel H. S ( Vashi) performance 13.8 sec.

In 100 meter Girls Under 12
First: Tanvi Bise from Ryan International H.S ( Kharghar) performance 14.3 sec. Second: Priyanka Earnade from St Xaviers H. S ( Nerul) performance 14.9. Third: Arthi P from St Joseph H. S ( Panvel) performance 15.9.

In Long Jump Boys Under 12
First: Eklaq Mohammad from St Lawrence H. S ( Vashi) performance 4.32 sec. Second: Bhaskar Raja from St Joseph H. S ( Panvel) performance 4.22. Third: Ameya Kandela from Father Agnel H. S ( Vashi) performance 4.19

In Long Jump Girls Under 12
First: Sanjana Gunjal from St Xaviers H.S ( Nerul) performance 5.85meters. Second: Shavani Jakhmola from Ryan International H. S ( Kharghar) performance 5.67 sec. Third: Nikita Nyri from St Xaviers H. S. ( Nerul) performance 5.36 meters.

In 4 x100 meters Relay Boys under 10
First: Saurav More from St Joseph H. S ( Panvel) performance 3.47mters. Second: Raj Kumar Singh from St Marys ICSE ( Koperkhairane) 3.36 meters. Third: Yogesh Rawool from St Joseph H. S ( Panvel 3.35 meters.

In 4x100 meters Relay Girls Under 10
First: Ranjana Regi from Terna Vidyalay ( Nerul) performance 15.9 sec. Second: Bushra Ahmed from Father Agnel (vashi) performance 16.1 sec. Third: Sheetal Adiwarekar from Terana Vidyalay ( Nerul) performance 16.5 sec.

In 50 meters Boys Under 8
First: Ranjana Regi from Terena Vidyalay ( Nerul) performance 15.9 sec. Second: BHushra Ahmed from Father Agnel Multipurpose (Vashi) performance 16.1 sec. Third: Sheetal Adiwarekar from Terena Vidyalay (Nerul) performance 16.5. These are the following Schools which have participated in Inter school Atheletics of Nerul Gymkhana Sports Festival. Among all these winners mostly players representing Father Agnel School.

Winner of 400 meter race Master Nikhil Kadiyal from Father Agnel said that he owed the championship to the practice.

In 100 meters and 400 mtrs race( girl under 14) Gargle Dwivede student of Father Agnel got second position in 100 m and third position in 400 meter said that she love sports and because of her interest she was able to got second and third prize but her aim is to get first prize and she will try again next year.
