Vashi2Panvel.com: Navi Mumbai: January 31: Thane District Amateur Athletic Association is organising their Annual Sports Festival 2006 for all age groups from 6th Feb to 12th Feb at Nerul Gymkhana. The administrator of Nerul Gymkhana Mr T. K. Premlal said that this sports festival would be unique because one can get to see all kinds of sports. Children of all ages can participate in this festival. This festival is open for all Schools and Colleges of Mumbai as well as Navi Mumbai. There are five sport events included in this festival. Hockey Competition on 6th Feb to 7th Feb only for boys under 14, Second is Athletic meet on 8th and 9th Feb for girls and boys between 6 to 16 year. The third event is Tennis on 9th & 10th Feb for boys and girls between 10 to 16 years. Fourth event is Swimming Competition for girls and boys between 8 years to 14 years on 11th & 12 th Feb and last but not the least is football competition on 11th and 12th Feb for boys under 16 and students of Junior College.
