What is Vashi2Panvel.Com

Vashi2Panvel.com is the only news website of Navi Mumbai that is solely an online presence. Launched on February 20, 2004, Vashi2Panvel is committed to provide factual, clean and unadulterated news in all areas that could be of concern to the Navi Mumbaikars.

On its first anniversary, February 20, 2005, Vashi2Panvel.com launched another first.

Navi Mumbai’s only daily English e-newspaper that is delivered to the subscriber’s e-mailbox every morning. As on 15th August, 2005, there are over 2000 subscribers of V2P eNewsDaily.

Vashi2Panvel.com is also a community platform where Navi Mumbaikars can share their views, exchange thoughts, learn about the latest developments. In July 2005, Vashi2Panvel.com created an online forum inviting readers to actively participate in discussions that would help in making their lives in Navi Mumbai better. The forum also lists important information—emergency telephone numbers, bus routes, essential services’ numbers. This is an ongoing upgrading procedure and readers are invited to share/start their own information modules.

CEO: Subhendu Sen, software programmer and print & web designer. Heading an Internet solutions company, IndNet. The company provides web hosting, ecommerce solutions and white papers on advanced CMS.

Mr Sen has also been associated with organizations like Indian Express (Delhi & Mumbai), Tata Press and Mid-Day as design consultant.
