Vashi2Panvel.com: Navi Mumbai: November 5: I am forced to write this to you as today I got my letter after my father has dropped it 2 months back. The postman has come to deliver the same by hand and asked for a BAKSHISH.

This is the only thing I want to point out and get published that the letter which was dropped 2 months
back was kept such an important letter, for the bakshish and the postman has given the same letter
only after taking 20 Rs as bakshish from my wife, This is ridiculous.

If you can publish it at least the people in Navi Mumbai will be aware of the same.
