PBA Infrastructures enters Capital Market with Rs300mn
Vashi2Panvel.com: Navi Mumbai: October 15: PBA Infrastructure is a company that takes up civil engineering projects and has completed the completed projects worth Rs 3.78 bn in the last 5 years. Some of the prestigious projects completed by PBA include Konkan–Kalamboli portion of Mumbai–Pune expressway, upgrading of 4–6 lane sector from Mangalwar to Pratapnagar crossing Udaipur and widening of NH–8A in Gujarat. They are entering the Capital Market on 24th October 2005 with a Public Issue of 50,00,000 equity shares of Rs.10 each at a premium of Rs.50 per share aggregating to Rs 300 mn.
The IPO closes on 28th October 2005. Keynote Corporate Services Ltd. is the Lead Manager for the IPO, Canara Bank is Co-lead Manager and Intime Spectrum Registry Ltd. is the Registrar to the issue. The company’s shares are proposed to be listed on BSE and NSE. The Company has won a few prestigious clients like NHAI, Government of Government of Maharashtra and Jammu & Kashmir, Airports Authority of India, JNPT, CIDCO, MMRDA, MSRDC, MES, other state PWD etc and also been awarded with ISO 9001:2001 Registration.
