Leading the world into a golden era
Vashi2Panvel.Com : Navi Mumbai : Sept 20: The world is not in need of a new religion or a new philosophy, but in need of a spiritual rejuvenation and complete liberation. Today our need is for a new model of human society; where at the very foundation there is that bond of empathy between men and a profound reverence for nature and all forms of life. This is the belief of the Golden Age Foundation.
Founded by Sri Kalki Bhagavan and Sri Amma, in Chennai , the institution is popularly known as Kalki Dharma. The mission of the Foundation is to bring humanity into a golden era. “We are working to bring about a fundamental change in the nature of each and every one of us where our consciousness undergoes a transformation,” says Shweta Naidu, of GAF in Navi Mumbai. The GAF Satsangs are held in Telgu Sangam Hall in Vashi, every Saturday evening from 6:30 pm. The two-hour-session aims at bringing about this fundamental change in individual and community life, through meditation, prayers and healing sessions. Naidu says, “People these days have so many problems, mental, physical and financial. In these two-hour sessions, we do meditation, prayers, and discuss each others’ problems. There is a lot of sharing of experience and anecdotes. At times, there are medical healing sessions too.” A group of 30 to 40 members are usually present at these meetings which might appear to be a low-key affair to outsiders but it gives the participants a lot of peace and happiness. The foundation is holding an introductory session on 25th September at the Mahatma Phule Hall from 10am to 6 pm. Those interested may get more details from Shweta Naidu- 9322727267. The registration fees that the Golden Age Foundation is charging is Rs 200. Lakshmi Subramanian
