Dirt free marathon in Panvel in Jan 21
Vashi2Panvel.Com: Navi Mumbai: January 17: Panvel Marathon Committee and Malhar Mitra Mandal is organising the 2nd Marathon competition in Panvel on 21st January 2007. It will start at 7am from the garden in front of Panvel Municipal Corporation (PMC).
More than a 1000 people are expected to participate in it, said Jayent Pagade, President of Panvel Marathon Committee, in the press conference at Panvel. The slogan for the 2007 marathon is “Dirt free Panvel”. Prashant Thakure, Chief PMC will flag the Marathon, who said that the main aim of this is to create awareness among the residents of Panvel about cleanliness. Kartiki Shastry
