Advantage Maharashtra, Advantage Navi Mumbai!
Vashi2Panvel.Com: Navi Mumbai: August 3: The Confederation of Real Estate Developers of India (CREDAI), and Maharashtra Chamber of Housing Industry (MCHI) along with developers and real estate agents across Maharashtra had organized a seminar on 31st July to discuss the various infrastructural developmental issues in Maharashtra.
The meeting also witnessed a huge representation from the satellite city. Out of the 750 people who attended the seminar 60 were representing Navi Mumbai. These were the representatives from the various builders association of the city. The prominent associations, which participated in the programme, are Kharghar Association, Builders Association of Navi Mumbai and Navi Mumbai Chambers of Housing among others. On speaking to the member of Navi Mumbai Builders Association, Rajesh Prajapati, we found that this was an appropriate way to address the long pending problems of the city. “The meeting was a long discussion where each representative from an area presented the concerns of his area to the higher authority present there, the chief minister listened to each of the problems patiently,” he informs. The representatives of Navi Mumbai presented the specific issues catering to the city. They discussed issues like Airport development, Science city, Central park and other developmental work, which was promised by CIDCO. All the problems were discussed in detail. On asking about the follow-ups taken towards these kinds of seminars in future, he said, “No such thing is decided as per now but one representative will be selected from each area who will be responsible for the proceedings within the respective area.” V2P Correspondent
