No pass, no entry in CIDCO Bhavan
Vashi2Panvel.Com: Navi Mumbai: August 1: The Cidco bhavan at CBD has changed the policy for the visitors entering the building premises. The visitors are now issued a visitor’s pass to enter unlike before. They have brought this rule in action for the basic security reasons. On speaking to the PRO, Buddhabhushan Gaikwad, we found that this is a precautionary measure taken in the wake of 7/11 bomb blast tragedy.
“There is no trouble anticipated but this is just to take precaution from our side and to maintain general discipline inside the organisation,” says Gaikwad. With this rule in effect, now the security guards have to be more cautious in taking down the details of the visitor along with the reason of his visit. Smriti Mishra (with inputs from Dinesh Yede)
