Although the shop is almost four years old now the popularity of the shop remains intact. One of the main plus points of the shop is its proximity to Nerul Station. So a lot of people hang around the place in the vie hours to splurge on some goodies before heading on their way back home.

The shop boasts of a variety of snacks ranging from the Mumbai chats like pani puri to steaming hot samosas and the famous vegetable sandwiches. Speaking to the owner of Om Sweets, Mr.Bhagwaanji, he informs us that they have a lot of customers visiting them from all parts of Navi Mumbai. “They come all the way just to take parcels of the sandwiches and various other snacks. We have been lucky to maintain our original customer base,” he states gladly. According to him one of the main reasons the shop is doing so well is because they believe that the customer is the king. Apart form the snacks, which are a major hit among the regular customers Mr. Bhagwaanji also avers that the shop is very famous for the variety of sweets that it offers.

The shop has been making almost constant profits since the time of its commencement. Despite the fact that their success charts have been soaring since the time of their commencement, they have consciously maintained the same rate charts till today, “We have not increased the rates of any of our items in the last few years because we have never believed in being profit oriented, we aim to retain our customers who enjoy the services that we extend to them,” he explicates.

Mr. Baghwaanji believes that although they have created a mark in their business venture, they will manage to hike their sales immensely in over a year’s time. “I believe that our shop’s brand image will grow in the coming year as there are many people who are coming to try our food stuffs. And also one more thing I would like to add is that I have never had the need to promote my shop as all the clientele I have managed to pull till today is by just by word of mouth,” boasts the proud owner of one of the most famous sweets shops in Navi Mumbai.
