Dear NMMT Chairman,
When you cannot cope up with the requirement of Navi Mumbai, why you are bothering to run the buses in Mumbai.
For your information one of the fast developing area in Navi Mumbai is Kharghar and its railway station is far away from the residential area and if anybody want to travel by bus from railway station it is a hell. Hence first you improve this situation, then try to compete with BEST which is best managed transport services.

We all appreicate your big leap and would be proud to see our buses plying in the metro city.
But, who wil hear the dearth of we navi mumbaikars, especially from Kopar Khairane node.
Time and again we have been bringing to the notice of the officials of NMMT there are no buses coming towards both the station. We have to work a long way towards the bus stop and in the bargain NMMT in return is loosing its revenue as people hop in to rickshaws and go to vashi. If buses ply via Kopar Khairane railway station it would be of great help to the people of Kopar Khairane. Also to all those working men and woman on the TTC Indl. area who get off at the Sector 15 circle and come walking all the way to this place.
NMMT has to look in this matter as our plead to the nagar sewaks and others have gone to the deaf ears.
We would be very thankful to you if you could kindly consider our plead and get the same implemented by the end of July 2006.
Our blessings will go very far with you.

This is to request the Hon.NMMT Chairman Dr Bhalchandra Sopan Nalawade to kindly permit BEST bus nos. 505 & 504 plying from CBD Belapur to Bandra to ply via Nerul station i.e instead of going via the HIghway they can take the internal route. I have already written to the BEST, perhaps NMMT does not permit BEST buses to use the internal route. This will greatly help the commuters and residence of Nerul.
The letter to BEST is as below, it can be submitted to the NMMT Chairman.
Thanks

Dear Sir/ Madame,
This is to request the BEST to kindly re-route Bus nos 504 Ltd. & 505 Ltd. These two Buses end/ start at CBD Belapur. It is requestd that these two buses be re routed via Nerul Railway station (East).
After CBD Belapur they should turn left at “Uran Phata” and come via, Ekta Vihar, Air India Colony, Sterling College, Nerul Railway Station, Nerul Bus Depot, DY Patil College and join the Highway again at “LP”.
To CBD Belapur the bus turns right at “LP” , DY Patil College, Nerul Bus Depot, Nerul Railway Station, Sterling College, Air India Colony, Ekta Vihar, then join Highway by turning right at “Uran Phata.
This re-routing will greatly help the residents and Commuters of Nerul and it will also give more passengers to BEST. Along the Highway very few commuters use these Buses.
Thanking you in anticipation,
Yours faithfully,
(Luis D’Cruz)
