Realy NMC / CIDCO has to understand the problems facing by people in morning & evening office hrs. There should be more transportation made available at least 5-10 min bus services should be provided.
Also best option to allow BEST service in Kharghar.
Other most essential things to start shearing auto riksha, which is every wher in Mumbai & sub urban city.

Poor frequency of buses at Kharghar. People have to wait for hours to get the bus. Suggesting to introduce BEST bus services upto Kharghar, say Jalvayu and allow share rickshaw to travel within Kharghar

Improve bus services at Kharghar, immediately.

I cant believe that Cidco has not yet made a Central Bus Stand or Depot for Kharghar. I think only after this can there be proper bus services or any sort of network. Considering the constant influx of new residents in this area, something has to be done and fast. I feel people should get together and approach both Cidco and NMMC for this project. I only need to point out that the Vashi Bus Station was one of the keys to development of Vashi along with the Rail network. NMMC should increase the NMMT service and also allow BEST, TMT, KDMT as well the MSRTC to operate their buses from Kharghar. And furthermore if the the proposed International and Domestic airports will begin to function in the next 4-5 years then this is the minimum transportation required to and from this important area of the city.

The Buses running on routes no 26,29travels between Jalvayu & Thane & vice versa, Buses running on route no 44 travels between Gharkul & dombivli & vice versa, Due to long distance journey & traffic jams etc it found difficult for NMMT to maintain scedule of the buses running on these routes. So besides these existing routes NMMT may add at least two more routes which starts from Jalvayu vihar & Gharkul & ends at CBD Belapur & vice Versa, specially in the morning between 6:00 am to 10:00 am & in the evening between 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm
though Kharghar is out of muncipal corporation area there is option of SIX seater facility on share basis, but for this there will be opposition from three seater auto riksha union. But if Local political leaders desired then SIX seater may run on the roads of Kharghar

Bus connectivity is very poor in Kharghar, especially from Jalvayu Vihar. Atleast one more service is required from Jalvayu Vihar to Belapur.
