MSRTC introduces 4-days passes
Vashi2Panvel.Com: Navi Mumbai: May 8: Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (MSRTC) has announced to give passes to the commuters for four days as against the earlier rule of 10 days. This rule introduced by MSRTC on April 23 will be strictly followed from May 1.
Commuters can travel anywhere in Maharashtra at subsidized rates thanks to the passes. The rates of the passes are kept according to the passenger’s age. Children between 5 to 12 age group will get 50% discount in their passes and they can also carry around 15 kg of luggage with them. For adults there will be permission to carry around 30 kg of luggage. This pass can be used in night services transport like luxuries, mini buses etc. If a passenger buys a first class pass he can use it for 2nd class also. Such passes will be provide between June 15 to October 14.
