Job title: Manager-HR

Experience: 1-3 yrs

Job Profile:
The Human resource manager independently handles a
gamut of HR functions like Recruitment, Training,
Performance management and development, Compensation,
Employee  Engagement and strategic HR.

Duties & Responsibilities

•          End to end Management of the recruitment
cycle (sourcing to orientation)

•          Conceptualizing and implementing the
performance management system

•          Management of training and development
initiatives

•          Conceptualizing and implementation of
employee engagement initiatives

•          Management of compensation & benefits

•          Framing & implementation of HR  policies
and procedures
