Duties & Responsibilities
• Interaction with International customers using Voice & Web based tools • Building and maintaining rapport with customers • Handling inbound/ outbound support calls • Solving queries related to IT & non-IT products and applications • Updating customers with latest information about product and services
Experience & Skills • 6 months of experience in Call Center Industry would be preferred • Fresher with good command over English and sound knowledge of Computers & Internet will be considered • Knowledge of Excel and MS-Word applications along with Internet • Willingness to work in rotational shifts is a must • Should possess excellent communication skills both written and oral • Flexible and target oriented with effective time management
