Preferable a Chartered Accounts
Has 3 to5 years post -qualifications exp.
Is conversant with Corporate Laws, Including Tax Laws, Service Tax Laws, Companies Act, FEMA etc.
Is familiar with Project Finance Management
Conversant with Budgetary control and MIS and preparation of Periodic Reports for the Board of Directors.
